Challenge
The client was developing a new range of services for the commercial market, including VOIP communications. As part of this project, the company needed to define and establish a testing group to support the multiple service delivery and other component platforms that are part of the service rollout.

- Defined and build a testing organization that leveraged the current company’s testing infrastructure.
- Selected and built the testing team with internal and external resources and performed training to build a solid knowledge base.
- Established the testing infrastructure with automated tools to address the required phased approach and timeline.
- Established communications among the different company testing teams and external vendors.
- Developed test plans and scripts for the planned version testing.
